Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping is free for any orders in the United States. International orders will be subject to shipping costs.
We usually ship out within 2 to 3 business days, and delivery time is an additional 2-7 business days, estimated. We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before you need your product to allow for processing and shipping time. All delivery dates are not guaranteed and should only be used as estimates. Standard shipping will be sent with either USPS First Class mail.
La Design Boutique’s instant download art are high-resolution (300 dpi) files. Once the item is purchased, you will be taken to the digital downloads page. Here, you can download and save the file to your computer and be ready to print at the click of a finger! There will be nothing physically mailed to you. The best part about it is that you get to pick the framing you want, save money putting it together yourself and have a print that truly identifies with you! You can choose to print it at home or take it to a local printer. Please note that colors may vary slightly from computer monitors and printers.

For orders needed urgently, we can ship Express mail by request. Please contact us with a screenshot of your cart, delivery zip code, and date needed by.
If there's an issue with your delivery, including lost, stolen or delayed packages, please contact USPS directly. They can assist you best with delivery issues. Once we drop off your package at the post office, it's out of our hands. If you need assistance or more information to file a claim, feel free to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
A refund or exchange is available only for orders that have been placed and we have not started on the design or have not emailed you the files yet on digital files.
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
If there was damage, we require a photo and return of the merchandise before processing a return or exchange. Please email email@example.com for assistance with your order.
Once an order is placed, you may try to contact us immediately to cancel the order. However, if we have already started the design process, or shipped your product or it is a digital file that has already been available to you after your purchase then we can no longer cancel it. However if you need any changes to your order, please do not hesitate to message us as soon as possible!
International shipping varies. La Design Boutique cannot be responsible for any custom and duty fees, taxes, or brokerage fees. Due to customs and different carrier systems, we cannot guarantee delivery time. Tracking may not work after it leaves the United States. Please contact us if you would like to ship with UPS or Fedex with insurance and we can give you a quote of the additional shipping costs.
