Please be sure to respond as soon as possible to ensure timely delivery and avoid any delays in production and shipment. Also check your Junk mailbox to make sure it didn't go there. If I do not hear back from you within 2 days, I will assume all is good, and move to production. If you did not select a digital proof, these will immediately go into production.

Production will take 1-3 days and will ship via USPS Ground Advantage which takes 2-5 days. You have the option of upgrading to Priority Mail (1-3 days) or Priority Mail Express (1-2 days) at checkout to get it sooner.

Can I get a digital proof?
A digital proof will be emailed to you from aquach@ladesignboutique.com within 24 hours for personalized items if you request it. Please keep a lookout for an email from me and approve the proof immediately to ensure timely delivery of your product. If I do not hear back from you within 48 hours, I will automatically move to production to ensure timely delivery.
What is shipping time and cost?
Free shipping is offered on orders over $35 in the U.S. that will automatically be applied at checkout. Domestic orders under $35 are subject to a shipping fee of $5.99. International shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
Can I pay a rush fee to get it sooner?
Yes! At checkout, you have the option to upgrade to Priority Mail which takes 2-3 days, or Priority Mail Express which takes 1-2 days to arrive. Feel free to contact me if you want to make sure.
