This wedding chart or also called seating chart is the perfect way to show your guests where to be seated. Traditionally we have the place cards with the name and table number but this is the extra step to take to make your guests feel more at ease and know exactly where they need to go to sit instead of passing every table looking for their table number or name. It is really pretty to look at as well and a great way to show your guests a map of the entire wedding floor plan.

This purchase will include a jpeg file emailed to you within 72 hours after you place your order to review and edit. Nothing will be physically shipped to you.  

Please keep in mind the size that you will need with respect for how many guests you have. For example, a seating floor plan design on an 8x10 sheet of paper for 100 guests may be too small for your guests to read.

In the Notes section at checkout, please to include the following information:
- Couple's Names
- Date of Wedding

Then, you will need to email us with a pdf or jpeg of your floor plan sketch and any other reference images like color swatches and your invitationso that we can recreate it more beautifully. Please email us at aquach@ladesignboutique.com. Please note that this is a digital file and nothing will be shipped to you. Please contact me for printed and shipped options.

Digital Proofs

A digital proof will be sent to you within 24 hours to your email address on file if you select the checkbox above requesting a proof or if you have a custom design. Please be sure to respond as soon as possible to ensure timely delivery and avoid any delays in production and shipment. Also check your Junk mailbox to make sure it didn't go there. If I do not hear back from you within 2 days, I will assume all is good, and move to production. If you did not select a digital proof, these will immediately go into production.

Custom Design

If you have something else in mind and would like a custom design, please feel free to go to our custom design listing and I will work with you on this! 

Shipment Time

Production will take 1-3 days and will ship via USPS Ground Advantage which takes 2-5 days. You have the option of upgrading to Priority Mail (1-3 days) or Priority Mail Express (1-2 days) at checkout to get it sooner.

Can I get a digital proof?

A digital proof will be emailed to you from aquach@ladesignboutique.com within 24 hours for personalized items if you request it. Please keep a lookout for an email from me and approve the proof immediately to ensure timely delivery of your product. If I do not hear back from you within 48 hours, I will automatically move to production to ensure timely delivery.

What is shipping time and cost?

Free shipping is offered on orders over $35 in the U.S. that will automatically be applied at checkout. Domestic orders under $35 are subject to a shipping fee of $5.99. International shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Can I pay a rush fee to get it sooner?

Yes! At checkout, you have the option to upgrade to Priority Mail which takes 2-3 days, or Priority Mail Express which takes 1-2 days to arrive. Feel free to contact me if you want to make sure.
